From stinging nettle to soft and fluffy yarn – it isn’t every day that we use a weed to make a yarn, even if it is a useful one. Although it is true that nettle fibres have been used in clothing for thousands of years.

Spun along with a bundle of light and soft cotton, the nettle fibres give the yarn ORTICA a unique wave effect. You can expect knits with a naturally lively surface and a play of matte and shiny fibres.
